MOBILE BAR SERVICE

Let us bring our stylish mobile bar & lounge to your party! Inquire about our bar service packages.

Tin Can Basic Bar Experience includes four hours of service for up to 80 people. Starts at $1250.

  • Full set-up and tear-down of the Tin Can Mobile Bar
  • 4 hours of bar service with two friendly professional bar staff
  • Essential bar needs: drinks menu, ice buckets, tongs and more
  • Standard decor elements (plants and small decorations)
  • Delivery and transportation of the Tin Can Studio within a 50 km radius of Vancouver (And yes, we do travel outside of Vancouver! Extra kilometres are billed accordingly)
  • Please note clients are responsible for providing glassware, alcohol, mix and ice

Have more than 80 guests? Looking for a custom cocktail designed just for your event? Want a sweet outdoor lounge to accompany our indoor lounge? No problem! We can add to our basic bar package and make sure it meets your needs perfectly.

FUN CREATIVE ACTIVITIES

We’ve transformed our space in a number of creative ways for weddings. We’re always excited to design new installations that bring guests together in a fun and unique way. We’ve transformed to become:

  • a lovely terrarium making station – guests created their own living wedding favours
  • a bourbon and blackjack lounge – complete with prizes for the winners
  • a unique guestbook installation – guests stepped inside to compose thoughtful notes for the bride & groom, using vintage typewriters and colour coordinated stationery

LOUNGE

Our interior has been lovingly renovated to create a cozy intimate space. Use it as:

  • a private dressing room for the bride
  • a lounge for the bridal party
  • a quiet zone for the children at your event.

Whatever the use, it’s perfect for adding a dynamic flow to larger events.

PHOTO BOOTH

Have us transform the Tin Can Studio into a super unique photo-booth at your event. We love working with thematic props and vintage elements.

Our Basic Photo Booth Package & Tin Can Studio Rental includes the 4 hours of service + setup & tear-down. Starts at $1250.

  • Set-up of a custom photobooth with your choice of backdrop (Choose from one of our fun readymade backdrops, or have us create something custom for an extra charge)
  •  Cute and cozy lounge area in the Tin Can Studio
  • Thematic props for guests to use in their photos, like chalkboard speech bubbles, costumes, props and more
  • Themed decor and details inside and around trailer
  • Two friendly attendants on-site
  • 100 2×3 polaroid prints of the photos printed instantly for guests to take home
  • Signage on-site to direct guests to the photo booth
  • A digital archive of all images from the event

Want a photobooth inside your event rather than in our trailer? No problem! We have a portable self-contained setup that can be used indoors at your chosen venue. Inquire with us for more details!

Our trailer makes a great back-drop in outdoor locations and we have an ever growing collection of vintage and creative decor elements, lighting and furnishings.
